* I understand TeamDaveLogan and/or his staff have screened, to the best of their ability, the service professionals, contractors, merchants and vendors listed herein, also known as “Team Members”. This pre-screening process includes a check of civil and criminal penalties, traffic offenses, credit and other financial data, and insurance. However, no screening method is perfect and important items can be missed.

* I understand that TeamDaveLogan and/or his staff cannot check each and every employee in every company on the TeamDaveLogan roster. Therefore, before I invite individuals into my home, I shall take necessary steps to assure my safety and security.

* When it is determined by TeamDaveLogan that Dave Logan contractors are not meeting the code of Business Practices, it will result in removal of the Dave Logan contractor from the roster.

* I understand TeamDaveLogan and/or his staff shall use their best efforts in attempting to resolve any dispute I report to them between me and TeamDaveLogan contractors. .

* I agree that if I wish to obtain the assistance of TeamDaveLogan and/or his staff in resolving any such disputes with Team Members, I will contact Team DaveLogan and his staff in writing, using the “Dave’s Help Line” available on this web site, within three business days from the date of a conflict, problem or questionable business practice by a team member on the roster.

* I understand that paying money up front to a subcontractor is risky and if I choose to pay Team Members, their affiliates, subcontractors or representatives in advance, I take full responsibility for my actions.

* I agree, as a condition of using this site, that I will not hold Team Dave Logan, Dave Logan and/or the staff, affiliated members such as KOA/ClearChannel Communications, responsible for any loss, actual and/or consequential damage or financial problems arising from use of this site or my dealings with its Team members, their affiliates, subcontractors or representatives.

* I understand that if a dispute is not settled to my reasonable satisfaction, I have the right to bring a private civil action against any Team Member, their affiliates, subcontractors or representatives. Should I pursue a private civil action, I agree that I shall not hold TeamDaveLogan.com, Dave Logan, affiliated members such as KOA/Clear Channel Communications and/or the staff responsible for any unsettled loss, actual and/or consequential damage or financial problems arising from my dealings with Dave Logan contractors, their affiliates, subcontractors or representatives.

* I understand it is important to shop around and compare bids when transacting business and I understand that TeamDaveLogan and/or the staff encourage me to do so before transacting business with Dave Logan contractors. While shopping and comparing, I agree that I shall not rely solely on Dave Logan contractors nor this site.

* I understand it is important to check experience, references, licensing, bonding, insurance and other pertinent background of Dave Logan contractors before I use them and I shall not rely solely on TeamDaveLogan, Dave Logan, and/or the staff, this site, or its Members to provide this information to me.

* I understand that TeamDaveLogan.com is an advertising website and that vendors pay a fee to be included on the site, however, all vendors must be able to pass an intensive interview and pre-screening process prior to being added.
