Great experience working with our salesman, Tom. Very efficient and provides timely feedback when contacted by email. Our carpet arrived on the day expected and installed all in one day. It is great quality and beautiful. Cost was half as much as it would have been had we gone with another company.

Loved working with Salesman, Tom. No pressure to buy most expensive flooring. He really addressed all our specific needs. We were able to get an installation appointment on a day that suited our needs. The installation went so smoothly. We thought it would be a 3-day job due to the size of the room, but they were able to finish it, beautifully, in less than one full day. The floor and baseboards look amazing. I would definitely work with them again.

They tried very hard to schedule the job on the day that would work sooner for our schedule unfortunately the carpet did not arrive on time. The work was done well the installers were very professional. We looked at two other companies and decided on Denver Carpet not only due to the cost, but also do to our salesperson. He was very professional and personable we enjoyed working with David.

These guys saved me when another company flaked out. The original carpet guy I hired dropped the carpet in my driveway and never came back. I called Denver Carpet and they sent two teams of installers the same day to do the job. James was great.

We LOVE our new carpet and hardwood. These guys were very fast. We had a week from the day we hired them to refinish hardwood in two rooms and carpet the living room and stairs. Boom. Done in 4 days. Professional courteous job. They did a great job, and, as I said, we love our new floors.

Kevin's attention to detail is superior. He installed laminate wood on my stairs and entire second floor. The stairs were done so well I didn't even have to touch up any paint. Awesome job. Hire these people, they know what they are doing!

The service was outstanding. Kevin and his crew were incredibly focused to full job as well and the little details. I had a few issues where the floor would not co-operate. They came in and took care of all issues, completed the work and had a beautiful finished product in a day and a half.

It was Yelp reviews that led me to choose Denver Carpet and Flooring, and it was my experience with selection and installation of laminate, carpet, and tile that Is why I'm returning to them for some additional tile work.

Almost as soon as I submitted my online request for an estimate, I got an email from Kelly to schedule the estimate, followed by an email from Dave, who would be providing the estimate, introducing himself, and then an email from John, the owner of the company thanking me for my interest in Denver Carpet and Flooring. I've never had that kind of response from a company before, and it was in evidence throughout the installation and follow up after the installation. Their prices seemed very fair, and the customer service is outstanding. I recommend them without hesitation.

I'm very pleased with Denver Carpet and Flooring. We were on a tight schedule and John the owner went the extra mile to make sure the carpet was here and installed before the moving trucks arrived. Everybody and I mean everybody were professional, courteous and helpful. The installation team was top notch and worked around our schedule. Wayne Gold the sales representative was very knowledgeable and helped us make the right choice. I had concerns on delivery and went to their shop and talked with John the owner. He was open, honest and direct and worked hard to help make everything work. John's goal is to beat the big boxes on price and service. I say he succeeded on his goal! I recommend Denver Carpet and Flooring and have no affiliation to them other than being a very satisfied customer.

I love working with this company!!! Super patient! They do a great job finding the right carpet, flooring and tile for me! Hard working people! They have a wonderful team of installation workers. Finish job very fast and very good quality work!

These guys were wonderful! I had my upstairs floors done by a different company a few months prior that was just so-so. It was so much nicer working with Wayne and Charlie. Super nice guys. The other company would just tell me what I wanted to hear rather than the truth. Not Wayne and Charlie. Their price was much better than another company I had gotten a quote from too. We had Coretec luxury vinyl tile installed and carpet on the stairs. All the workers were super nice.

This has been one of the best overall experiences in customer service and final product. Every member of this staff went above and beyond to give us the absolute best carpet install. We had Martin do our install, and he did a phenomenal job. Not only did he take on this project by himself but stayed late making sure that the job was done exceptionally well. He was incredibly kind and professional through the whole experience. I would recommend Martin and all of Denver Carpet & Flooring for anyone that wants top notch and quality service. Thank you so much for giving us amazing carpet for our new home.

I had a great experience with them. They were polite and on time. I was not home during the carpet installation, but the installer called me and asked if I wanted my carpet put in different than the old carpet was installed on the stairs. He was suggesting wrapping it around the front of the steps because he thought it looked nicer. He didn't have to call me - he could have just matched the install of the old carpet. But he took the time and texted me a pic of what he was talking about. I had him install it that way and it looks great. I would use them again in a heartbeat!!!

He did everything including moving furniture I was not able to. He took the bed frames apart, moved them and then reassembled them. Awesome job!

Had these guys come out to do flooring for a house I was preparing to sell. They did a fantastic job salvaging my subfloor, making sure all squeaks fixed up and just being extremely thorough and professional. Their crew led by Kevin did a fantastic job!

I selected Denver Carpet and Flooring to remove 20+ year old carpet and put down plank flooring on the main floor of my home. The whole family was pretty excited about it (we hated that carpet) but dreaded it at the same time. Fortunately, everything went smoothly. Everyone from customer service, sales, project management, to the guys who did the actual work were just fabulous. The guys who did the flooring were amazing! They were on time, they moved our heavy furniture with no problem, they worked quickly but paid attention to detail, and answered questions. I highly recommend this company to do your carpeting or flooring.

Charlie helped me when I first walked into Denver Carpet and Flooring. He was super friendly and knowledgeable. I had many questions, and he answered all of them kindly and thoroughly. I narrowed down my options and got to take the sample swatches home with me. This made making my decision easy (shopped around at a few other places, but the product and experience was the best at Denver Carpet). I am SO happy with the way it came out. Every time I look at it, I grow to love it more and more.
Also worth mentioning - the person who came to give me a quote was very professional and nice. And the installers were the best. They were so friendly, even shared their pizza lunch with me. It was a pleasure working with everyone at Denver Carpet from beginning to end. Thank you so much!
*Update - I'm now back at Denver Carpet and Flooring to get some tile work done for a few rooms in my house. Also referred a friend who is getting carpet done in her bedroom. So, not only am I a repeat customer, but I've also referred someone (and told others about where I got my carpet done when asked).
